POLICY ADVISER

The Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME) is recruiting a

 

Policy adviser

to join our team in the Brussels office full-time. Reporting directly to the Secretary General, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and responding to policy activities of all relevant EU/European institutions

  • Preparing briefings and analyses for CPME members

  • Providing support to CPME working groups and meetings in the development of policy positions

  • Developing communication material and lobbying activities

  • Managing EU co-funded projects relevant to health dossiers

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in law, economics, political sciences or similar; qualification in EU affairs a plus

  • 5+ years of working experience in an EU-health related area or in an EU institution

  • Experience of EU pharmaceutical policies

  • Excellent language skills in English and preferably French, written and oral

  • Strong analytic, strategic, social and communication skills

  • Team worker and self-starter
