European doctors join the World Medical Association in urging the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran to stop the imminent execution of Dr Ahmadreza Djalali.

We appeal to you to take all necessary action to ensure Dr Djalali’s human rights are respected in line with the commitments Iran has made under international law. We trust you will respect the covenants you signed and will take immediate measures to release Dr Djalali immediately and unconditionally.
